KRTAP1-4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein keratin associated protein 1-4, which is encoded by the KRTAP1-4 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 121 residues, a mass of 12.3 kDa, and is a member of the KRTAP type 1 protein family. It is reported to be expressed in the middle/upper portions of the hair cortex, in the region termed the keratogenous zone. Other alias names for this target include high sulfur keratin-associated protein 1.4 and keratin-associated protein 1.4.
There are KRTAP1-4 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
