SAFB2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein scaffold attachment factor B2, which is encoded by the SAFB2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind to scaffold/matrix attachment region (S/MAR) DNA. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 953 residues and a mass of 107.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed at high levels in the CNS and at low levels in the liver. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported.
Some SAFB2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
