TRMT61A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein tRNA methyltransferase 61A, which is encoded by the TRMT61A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known catalytic subunit of tRNA (adenine-N(1)-)-methyltransferase, which catalyzes the formation of N(1)-methyladenine at position 58 (m1A58) in initiator methionyl-tRNA. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 289 residues, a mass of 31.4 kDa, and is a member of the TRM61 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include mRNA methyladenosine-N(1)-methyltransferase catalytic subunit TRMT61A, tRNA (adenine-N(1)-)-methyltransferase catalytic subunit TRM61, and tRNA (adenine(58)-N(1))-methyltransferase catalytic subunit TRMT61A.
Some TRMT61A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
