VCX3A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein variable charge X-linked 3A, which is encoded by the VCX3A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to mediate a process in spermatogenesis or may play a role in sex ratio distortion. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 186 residues, a mass of 20 kDa, and is a member of the VCX/VCY protein family. It is found to be preferentially expressed in testis. Other alias names for this target include VCX-A, VCX3, VCX8R, VCXA, variable charge X-linked protein 3, and VCX-8r.
Some VCX3A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
