TEX10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein testis expressed 10, which is encoded by the TEX10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to function as a component of the Five Friends of Methylated CHTOP (5FMC) complex; the 5FMC complex is recruited to ZNF148 by methylated CHTOP, leading to desumoylation of ZNF148 and subsequent transactivation of ZNF148 target genes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 929 residues, a mass of 105.7 kDa, and is a member of the IPI1/TEX10 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include bA208F1.2, testis-expressed protein 10, testis expressed gene 10, testis-expressed sequence 10 protein, and Ipi1.
Some TEX10 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
