RAD17 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAD17 checkpoint clamp loader component, which is encoded by the RAD17 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be important for sustained cell growth, maintenance of chromosomal stability, and ATR-dependent checkpoint activation upon DNA damage. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 681 residues, a mass of 77.1 kDa, and is a member of the Rad17/RAD24 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is notably expressed in various cancer cell lines and in colon carcinoma. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HRAD17, R24L, RAD17SP, RAD24, cell cycle checkpoint protein RAD17, RAD1 homolog, RAD17 homolog, and CCYC.
Some RAD17 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
