The ELISA kits listed below target RBPJ, the symbol for the human gene, recombination signal binding protein for immunoglobulin kappa J region, and a member of the Su(H) family. The protein encoded by RBPJ has a predicted amino acid length of 500, a mass of 55.6 kDa, and a cytoplasmic and nuclear subcellular localization. There are currently 7 reported isoforms. Pathologic involvement is reported in Adams-Oliver syndrome 3.
