RASEF ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAS and EF-hand domain containing, which is encoded by the RASEF gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind predominantly GDP, and also GTP. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 740 residues, a mass of 82.9 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ras and EF-hand domain-containing protein and ras-related protein Rab-45.
Some RASEF ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
