SENP6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SUMO specific peptidase 6, which is encoded by the SENP6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported protease that deconjugates SUMO1, SUMO2 and SUMO3 from targeted proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1112 residues, a mass of 126.1 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase C48 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be highly expressed in reproductive organs, such as testis, ovary and prostate. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SUSP1, sentrin-specific protease 6, 2810017C20Rik, SUMO-1-specific protease 1, SUMO1/sentrin specific peptidase 6, and SSP1.
There are SENP6 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
