NOX3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein NADPH oxidase 3, which is encoded by the NOX3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a NADPH oxidase, which constitutively produces superoxide upon formation of a complex with CYBA/p22phox. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 568 residues and a mass of 64.9 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include MOX-2, NADPH oxidase catalytic subunit-like 3, gp91phox homolog 3, mitogenic oxidase 2, and GP91-3.
Some NOX3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
