NPY2R ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein neuropeptide Y receptor Y2, which is encoded by the NPY2R gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for neuropeptide Y and peptide YY. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 381 residues, a mass of 42.7 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in amygdala, corpus callosum, hippocampus and subthalamic nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include neuropeptide Y receptor type 2 and NPY-Y2 receptor.
There are NPY2R ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 62.5 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
