SEMA4C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein semaphorin 4C, which is encoded by the SEMA4C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported cell surface receptor for PLXNB2 that plays an important role in cell-cell signaling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 833 residues, a mass of 92.6 kDa, and is a member of the Semaphorin protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include SEMACL1, SEMAF, SEMAI, M-Sema F, sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), transmembrane domain (TM) and short cytoplasmic domain, (semaphorin) 4C, and M-SEMA-F.
The detection range for different SEMA4C ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 7 ng/L and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
