OVGP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein oviductal glycoprotein 1, which is encoded by the OVGP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind to oocyte zona pellucida in vivo. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 678 residues, a mass of 75.4 kDa, and is a member of the Glycosyl hydrolase 18 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include EGP, MUC9, OGP, oviduct-specific glycoprotein, estrogen-dependent oviduct protein, and CHIT5.
There are OVGP1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 12.35 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
