HMX3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein H6 family homeobox 3, which is encoded by the HMX3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported transcription factor involved in specification of neuronal cell types and which is required for inner ear and hypothalamus development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 357 residues, a mass of 37.8 kDa, and is a member of the HMX homeobox protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include homeo box (H6 family) 3, homeobox (H6 family) 3, homeobox protein H6 family member 3, homeobox protein Nkx-5.1, and homeobox protein HMX3.
There are HMX3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
