HEATR3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HEAT repeat containing 3, which is encoded by the HEATR3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in in ribosome biogenesis and in nuclear import of the 60S ribosomal protein L5/large ribosomal subunit protein uL18 (RPL5). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 680 residues and a mass of 74.6 kDa. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The HEATR3 gene has been associated with the disease, Diamond-Blackfan anemia. Other alias names for this target include SYO1, HEAT repeat-containing protein 3, symportin 1, and DBA21.
Some HEATR3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
