OLA1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Obg like ATPase 1, which is encoded by the OLA1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in metabolic processes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 396 residues, a mass of 44.7 kDa, and is a member of the OBG GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in all tissues tested but its expression is more abundant in testis, liver, lung, and brain. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include GBP45, GTBP9, GTPBP9, PTD004, DNA damage-regulated overexpressed in cancer 45 protein, and DOC45.
There are OLA1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
