TFAP4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein transcription factor AP-4, which is encoded by the TFAP4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a transcription factor that activates both viral and cellular genes by binding to the symmetrical DNA sequence 5'-CAGCTG-3'. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 338 residues and a mass of 38.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include bHLHc41, activating enhancer-binding protein 4, class C basic helix-loop-helix protein 41, transcription factor AP-4 (activating enhancer binding protein 4), and AP-4.
Some TFAP4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
