TCF7 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein transcription factor 7, which is encoded by the TCF7 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a transcriptional activator involved in T-cell lymphocyte differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 384 residues, a mass of 41.6 kDa, and is a member of the TCF/LEF protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be highly expressed in the T-cells. As many as 16 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include T-cell-factor-7, T-cell-specific transcription factor 1, transcription factor 7 (T-cell specific, HMG-box), and TCF-1.
The detection range for different TCF7 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
