CNTROB ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein centrobin, centriole duplication and spindle assembly protein, which is encoded by the CNTROB gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be required for centriole duplication. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 903 residues and a mass of 101.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include LYST-interacting protein 8, LYST-interacting protein LIP8, centrobin, centrosomal BRCA2 interacting protein, centrosomal BRCA2-interacting protein, and centrobin.
Some CNTROB ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 30 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
