LSM11 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein LSM11, U7 small nuclear RNA associated, which is encoded by the LSM11 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the U7 snRNP complex that is involved in the histone 3'-end pre-mRNA processing. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 360 residues, a mass of 39.5 kDa, and is a member of the SnRNP Sm proteins protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The LSM11 gene has been associated with the disease, Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome. Other alias names for this target include U7 snRNA-associated Sm-like protein LSm11.
The detection range for different LSM11 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
