ABCC4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 4, which is encoded by the ABCC4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an aTP-dependent transporter of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) family that actively extrudes physiological compounds and xenobiotics from cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1325 residues, a mass of 149.5 kDa, and is a member of the ABCC protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is found to be widely expressed, with particularly high levels in prostate, but is barely detectable in liver. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include MOATB, MRP4, MRP/cMOAT-related ABC transporter, bA464I2.1 (ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C (CFTR/MRP), member 4), and MOAT-B.
Some ABCC4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.31 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
