OMG ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein, which is encoded by the OMG gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell adhesion. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 440 residues and a mass of 49.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include OMGP.
Some OMG ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 6.25 pg/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
