GRID1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glutamate ionotropic receptor delta type subunit 1, which is encoded by the GRID1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for glutamate. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1009 residues, a mass of 112.1 kDa, and is a member of the Glutamate-gated ion channel (TC 1.A.10.1) protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include GluD1-b, glutamate receptor ionotropic, delta-1, gluR delta-1 subunit, glutamate receptor delta-1 subunit, and GluD1.
Some GRID1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
