FLRT1 ELISA Kits

FLRT1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein 1, which is encoded by the FLRT1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in in fibroblast growth factor-mediated signaling cascades that lead to the activation of MAP kinases. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 646 residues and a mass of 71.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, cytoplasm, and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in kidney and brain. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include leucine-rich repeat transmembrane protein FLRT1, fibronectin-like domain-containing leucine-rich transmembrane protein 1, and SPG68.

The detection range for different FLRT1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
