HERC4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 4, which is encoded by the HERC4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in either protein trafficking or in the distribution of cellular structures. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1057 residues and a mass of 118.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in the brain and testis and detected in heart and placenta. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HECT domain and RCC1-like domain-containing protein 4, HECT-type E3 ubiquitin transferase HERC4, hect domain and RLD 4, and probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase HERC4.
Some HERC4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
