EIF5A2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein eukaryotic translation initiation factor 5A2, which is encoded by the EIF5A2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a mRNA-binding protein involved in translation elongation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 153 residues, a mass of 16.8 kDa, and is a member of the EIF-5A protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane, nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in ovarian and colorectal cancer cell lines. Other alias names for this target include eukaryotic initiation factor 5A.
Some EIF5A2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
