SEMA3C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein semaphorin 3C, which is encoded by the SEMA3C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind to plexin family members and plays an important role in the regulation of developmental processes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 751 residues, a mass of 85.2 kDa, and is a member of the Semaphorin protein family. It is known to be secreted and is reported to be expressed intensely in the heart, skeletal muscle, colon, small intestine, ovary, testis, and prostate. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include SemE, sema E, sema domain, immunoglobulin domain (Ig), short basic domain, secreted, (semaphorin) 3C, semaphorin E, and SEMAE.
Some SEMA3C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
