CPA3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein carboxypeptidase A3, which is encoded by the CPA3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in proteolysis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 417 residues, a mass of 48.7 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase M14 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles. Other alias names for this target include mast cell carboxypeptidase A, carboxypeptidase A3 (mast cell), tissue carboxypeptidase A, and MC-CPA.
Some CPA3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 7.8 pg/mL and as high as 400 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
