SENP7 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SUMO specific peptidase 7, which is encoded by the SENP7 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported protease that acts as a positive regulator of the cGAS-STING pathway by catalyzing desumoylation of CGAS. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1050 residues, a mass of 119.7 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase C48 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SUMO-1-specific protease 2, SUMO1/sentrin specific peptidase 7, sentrin/SUMO-specific protease SENP7, and sentrin-specific protease 7.
Some SENP7 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
