PHC1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein polyhomeotic homolog 1, which is encoded by the PHC1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein PRC1-like complex, a complex class required to maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of many genes, including Hox genes, throughout development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1004 residues and a mass of 105.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The PHC1 gene has been associated with the disease, Microcephaly. Other alias names for this target include HPH1, MCPH11, RAE28, polyhomeotic-like protein 1, early development regulator 1 (homolog of polyhomeotic 1), and EDR1.
There are PHC1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
