PHC2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein polyhomeotic homolog 2, which is encoded by the PHC2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein PRC1-like complex, a complex class required to maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of many genes, including Hox genes, throughout development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 858 residues and a mass of 90.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HPH2, PH2, polyhomeotic-like protein 2, early development regulator 2 (homolog of polyhomeotic 2), early development regulatory protein 2, and EDR2.
Some PHC2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
