PLD4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein phospholipase D family member 4, which is encoded by the PLD4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cellular localization and hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 506 residues, a mass of 55.6 kDa, and is a member of the Phospholipase D protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, ER, golgi, and cytoplasmic vesicles. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include choline phosphatase 4, phosphatidylcholine-hydrolyzing phospholipase D4, phospholipase D4, and 5'-3' exonuclease PLD4.
Some PLD4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
