PLD3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein phospholipase D family member 3, which is encoded by the PLD3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in inflammatory response pathways and myotube differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 490 residues, a mass of 54.7 kDa, and is a member of the Phospholipase D protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi, lysosomes, and ER and is widely expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated, ubiquitinated and cleaved. The PLD3 gene has been associated with the disease, Spinocerebellar ataxia. Other alias names for this target include HU-K4, HUK4, SCA46, 5'-3' exonuclease PLD3, choline phosphatase 3, and AD19.
There are PLD3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.625 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
