CSPG4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4, which is encoded by the CSPG4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in angiogenesis and intracellular signal transduction. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 2322 residues and a mass of 250.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in fibroblasts. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HMW-MAA, MCSP, MCSPG, MEL-CSPG, MSK16, NG2, chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 (melanoma-associated), and CSPG4A.
Some CSPG4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 9.38 pg/mL and as high as 300 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
