LRRFIP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein LRR binding FLII interacting protein 1, which is encoded by the LRRFIP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a transcriptional repressor which preferentially binds to the GC-rich consensus sequence (5'-AGCCCCCGGCG-3') and may regulate expression of TNF, EGFR and PDGFA. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 808 residues, a mass of 89.3 kDa, and is a member of the LRRFIP protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include FLAP1, FLIIAP1, GCF-2, GCF2, HUFI-1, TRIP, leucine-rich repeat flightless-interacting protein 1, and FLAP-1.
