CYSLTR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1, which is encoded by the CYSLTR1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for cysteinyl leukotrienes mediating bronchoconstriction of individuals with and without asthma. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 337 residues, a mass of 38.5 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in spleen and peripheral blood leukocytes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CYSLT1R, CYSLTR, HMTMF81, G-protein coupled receptor HG55, LTD4 receptor, and CYSLT1.
Some CYSLTR1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
