PVR ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein PVR cell adhesion molecule, which is encoded by the PVR gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to mediate NK cell adhesion and triggers NK cell effector functions. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 417 residues, a mass of 45.3 kDa, and is a member of the Nectin protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is secreted. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HVED, NECL5, Necl-5, PVS, TAGE4, poliovirus receptor, nectin-like protein 5, and CD155.
The detection range for different PVR ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 500 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
