DRD1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein dopamine receptor D1, which is encoded by the DRD1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in GPCR signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 446 residues, a mass of 49.3 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and cell membrane and is notably expressed in caudate, nucleus accumbens and in the olfactory tubercle. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include DRD1A, D(1A) dopamine receptor, dopamine D1 receptor, and DADR.
Some DRD1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 62.5 pg/mL and as high as 800 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
