CMBL ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein carboxymethylenebutenolidase homolog, which is encoded by the CMBL gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in metabolic processes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 245 residues, a mass of 28 kDa, and is a member of the Dienelactone hydrolase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in liver, followed by kidney, small intestine and colon. Other alias names for this target include carboxymethylenebutenolidase homolog (Pseudomonas) and carboxymethylenebutenolidase-like (Pseudomonas).
Some CMBL ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
