These NMP22 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of NMP22 in biological samples. NMP22 is an alias of the human NUMA1 gene, which encodes the protein, nuclear mitotic apparatus protein 1. Notably, NMP22 is known to play a role in cell division and keratinocyte differentiation, among other functions. The NUMA1 protein is 2115 amino acid residues in length and 238.3 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 5 protein isoforms have been identified. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated, ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include NUMA.
Some NMP22 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
