The following Plexin D1 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of plexin D1 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the PLXND1 gene. This protein is a reported cell surface receptor for SEMA4A and for class 3 semaphorins, such as SEMA3A, SEMA3C and SEMA3E. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1925 residues, a mass of 212 kDa, and is a member of the Plexin protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the cell membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally glycosylated. This protein may also be known as CHTD9 and PLEXD1.
Some plexin D1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
