These NHE1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of NHE1 in biological samples. NHE1 is an alias of the human SLC9A1 gene, which encodes the protein, solute carrier family 9 member A1. Notably, NHE1 is known to play a role in cardiac muscle cell differentiation and cell migration, among other functions. The SLC9A1 protein is 815 amino acid residues in length and 90.8 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the ER and cell membrane of the cell. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated and ubiquitinated. Other names for this target antigen include APNH, LIKNS, and NHE-1.
Some NHE1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
