MSI1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein musashi RNA binding protein 1, which is encoded by the MSI1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in nervous system development and epithelial cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 362 residues, a mass of 39.1 kDa, and is a member of the Musashi protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in fetal kidney, brain, liver and lung, and in adult brain and pancreas. Other alias names for this target include musashi-1, musashi1, and RNA-binding protein Musashi homolog 1.
There are MSI1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 7.813 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
