LTB4R ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leukotriene B4 receptor, which is encoded by the LTB4R gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for extracellular ATP > UTP and ADP. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 352 residues, a mass of 37.6 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported be expressed at highest levels in heart, skeletal muscle and at lower levels in the brain and liver. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include BLTR, CMKRL1, GPR16, LTB4R1, LTBR1, P2RY7, P2Y7, and BLT1.
The detection range for different LTB4R ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.2 ng/mL and as high as 70 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
