FUT4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein fucosyltransferase 4, which is encoded by the FUT4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis and inflammatory response pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 530 residues, a mass of 59.1 kDa, and is a member of the Glycosyltransferase 10 protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include ELFT, FCT3A, FUC-TIV, FUTIV, LeX, SSEA-1, alpha-(1,3)-fucosyltransferase 4, and CD15.
Some FUT4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 12.5 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
