F11R ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein F11 receptor, which is encoded by the F11R gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in epithelial tight junction formation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 299 residues, a mass of 32.6 kDa, and is a member of the Immunoglobulin protein superfamily. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in endothelium, epithelium and leukocytes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated and cleaved. Other alias names for this target include JAM, JAM1, JAMA, JCAM, KAT, PAM-1, junctional adhesion molecule A, and CD321.
The detection range for different F11R ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 7 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
