CYP2C9 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cytochrome P450 family 2 subfamily C member 9, which is encoded by the CYP2C9 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a cytochrome P450 monooxygenase involved in the metabolism of various endogenous substrates, including fatty acids and steroids. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 490 residues, a mass of 55.6 kDa, and is a member of the Cytochrome P450 protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CYP2C, CYP2C10, CYPIIC9, P450-2C9, P450IIC9, and CPC9.
Some CYP2C9 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 23.5 pg/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
