MPP3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein MAGUK p55 scaffold protein 3, which is encoded by the MPP3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to participate in cell spreading through the phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K) pathway by connecting CADM1 to DLG1 and the regulatory subunit of phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 585 residues, a mass of 66.2 kDa, and is a member of the MAGUK protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in retina at the subapical region (SAR) adjacent to adherens junctions at the OLM, and at the OPL. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include MAGUK p55 subfamily member 3, discs, large homolog 3, membrane palmitoylated protein 3, membrane protein palmitoylated 3, membrane protein, palmitoylated 3 (MAGUK p55 subfamily member 3), and DLG3.
There are MPP3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
