SEPTIN5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein septin 5, which is encoded by the SEPTIN5 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 369 residues, a mass of 42.8 kDa, and is a member of the Septin GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed at high levels in the CNS, as well as in heart and platelets. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include CDCREL-1, CDCREL1, H5, HCDCREL-1, PNUTL1, cell division control related protein 1, peanut-like 1, and CDCREL.
Some SEPTIN5 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
