SEPTIN1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein septin 1, which is encoded by the SEPTIN1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 372 residues, a mass of 42.4 kDa, and is a member of the Septin GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed at high levels in lymphoid and hematopoietic tissues. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include LARP, differentiation 6 (deoxyguanosine triphosphate triphosphohydrolase), peanut-like protein 3, serologically defined breast cancer antigen NY-BR-24, and DIFF6.
The detection range for different SEPTIN1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
